Here are the NEVS BBQ catering menu choices. You can choose from any or all of these items for your event. Below the menu are our 3 catering packages.

Delivery Option Package: (minimum 50 people) - Includes menu selections complete with sauce, rolls, plate-ware, cutlery, & serving utensils. Beverage delivery also available; soda & water.

Set-up & Break-Down Package: (minimum 50 people) - Includes menu selections complete with sauce, rolls, plate-ware, cutlery, buffet-style layout with chafing dishes, table dressing, and trash receptacles with full clean-up. Beverage service also available.

Full Service Package: (minimum 50 people) - Set-up and break down service included with on-site labor and carving station.
